Qualifications:
• Bachelor or higher degree with 3-5 years experience in branch sales management or general trade channel, preferably consumer product.
• Experience in shop performance and team management.
• Having own car with driving license and willing to travel visiting market nearby such as Burirum, Khon Khaen, Korat etc.
• Strong leadership skills, good communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Good communication of English.

Responsibilities;
• Manage sales performance of each shop in assigned area, to provide sales generation to meet the company objective / target.
• Ensure each shop provide same standard and deliver excellent service to customers.
• Monitor P&L each shop and do the sales report to supervisor.
• Gather feedback to improve services and execution of activities.
• Review and coach team.
