We are currently seeking in the role of an HR Supervisor. This position involves overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, attendance management, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar HR capacity. Strong communication skills, familiarity with TALENTA system, and an understanding of BPJS TK and BPJS Kes are essential. The candidate should also be proficient in salary calculation, PPH21, and the onboarding process. Additionally, knowledge of conducting psycho tests and operating related systems is preferred.
