**The Roles**:- Prepare letter for unsuccessful IBG payment, UMA confirmation letter.- Handle replacement of payment for unsuccessful payment/pre UMA cases.- Any ad-hoc duties as and when given by management.- To prepare document preparations for imaging.- To sort and distribute incoming mail.- To ensure consistency in service delivery and transactions are completed in clear and accurate manner within the benchmarks set.- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.- Other responsibilities entailed.**The Person**:- Tertiary qualification preferably in Communication Management, Business Administration or Insurance.- **Minimum**: A bachelor's...
