Duties and Job Expectations Full compliance with all employee safety and food safety laws, regulations and rules of client,DBA Golden Peanut & Tree Nuts Conduct quality control checks on random samples of product to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are being met Conduct quality control checks throughout the plant and throughout the shift to monitor processes, security, food safety and employee safety Inspect, monitor and document packaged product weight, packaging quality, label accuracy, and case quantity to ensure the final product meets our quality standards and customer specifications Quality control checks are done by standing at a shaker table and visually inspecting shelled pecans of various sizes as they pass on the table Complete and submit accurate and legible documentation on schedule. Report any quality issues to the Supervisor so they may be addressed; including rejecting product that is not meeting standards or specifications Keep pace with plant... More Detail
