A company’s enabler who oversees and directs the overall area operation to manage support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent. This position is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. Reporting to the President, the Sales Supervisor also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.
• Must be a graduate of Business Administration or any related field
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and people skills
• Must have at least 2-3 yrs experience in handling people or in a supervisory role
