Calling all aspiring IT Technicians, we have the perfect role for you

Baltic Apprenticeships are looking for enthusiastic, technically minded people with a passion for technology to join our clients IT team.

The role will involve a wide range of duties including general IT problem solving and support, installation and configuration of hardware and software, assisting customers with product specific enquiries and troubleshooting as well as repairing products including IT and electronics equipment.

As an apprentice you will be working closely alongside the Customer Technical Services Manager and the rest of the IT team to help support you on your journey as an apprentice.
As well as the in-house support, you will also have access to a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships to provide you with industry expert knowledge throughout your journey, giving you all the tools to help you build a successful career in the IT industry
