We are currently assisting a leading manufacturing company based in Englehart, ON with their Production Team Lead role. This a full-time role and relocation to Englehart is required. The role manages a crew of up to 25 people and reports to the Production Superintendent. You will be working rotating days and nights shift.
Leading a production team to work injury-free/incident free in a continuous manufacturing process
Supervise/coordinate production efforts that drive improvement in all associated work processes affecting EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production and costs
Facilitate team development and growth, employee skill development, problem- solving and resolution, building employee commitment and ownership and holding employees accountable
Monitor product quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize efficiency
Assist with troubleshooting production issues
Provide safety training to crew members
