Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate position located in Bagerhat District. The Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations and ongoing projects of the organization, including but not limited to managing records and documents, coordinating meetings, and conducting research and analysis.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a similar field
• 1+ years of experience in administrative or support roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
