The main accountabilities for this job include:

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of the

• Supervise the A/P process, perform supplier payments.
• Prepare and record all month end transactions.
• Account reconciliations.
• VAT & Tax.
• Manage the BE VAT filings and intrastat reporting.
• Review the accounts for VAT and tax compliancy.
• Prepare the tax return.
• Assist in VAT and tax audits.
• Month end reporting.
• Process the month end reporting of the Belgian entity.
• Cooperate in the intercompany reconciliation.
• Annual accounts.
• Support to finance manager.
• Prepare local GAAP annual accounts.
