To provide clean hygienic, comfortable, well maintained and hazard-free areas in the Hotel, in order to achieve highest standards of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability, in an atmosphere of high individual morale with the following specific responsibilities:

 Provide helpful, friendly, prompt and personalized service to the customer (internal or external).
 Take complete responsibility for hygiene, maintenance, and cleanliness of area under his/her control, to meet Hotel standards.
