A. CHECK IN & OUT OF GUESTS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER
I. Carry out check in procedure in professional manner:-
-Welcome and greet guest upon arrival with smile and professional manner.
-Check guests' name and their number of rooms / dorms and the number of nights.
-Check the record if it is coincides with reservation details that have been sent from KK office.
-Brief the guest all the information they need to know especially, payment, package, their room location, facilities, activities, and meal time.
-Double check guests' payment.
II. Carry out check in procedure in professional manner:-
