Requirements :
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years' post graduate site working experiece.
• Knowledge in CAD Software and superimpose all M&E service drawing will be an advantage

Technical Competencies
• Understands contract requirement and M&E Specifications
• Understand BIM Concept and be able to supervise BIM Operator/Technician's daily job scope

Responsibilities
• understand contract requirements and M&E Specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.
• Liaise with design consultants on the design intent.
• Coordinate with in house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
• Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission
• Chair M&E Coordination Meeting
• Prepare m&e coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and design engineers for drawing issuance.
