Description

1.1 Ensure proper implementation of GMP system, high productivity, and minimum wastage, maximize production yield and ensure workers are well trained and disciplined.

1.2 Ensure output and product quality meets stringent requirements and standards.

1.3 Ensure the machine regularly maintained and upkeep cleanliness of plant by organizing regular cleaning brief talk with the workers.

1.4 Ensure all factory consumable are available at all times to reduce downtime and maximize production time by coordinating with relevant departments properly.

1.5 Constantly study process flow problem and to elevate any 'bottle necks'.

1.6 Ensure all workers understand and adhere to GMP rules and carry out work according to work instruction.

1.7 Assist production manager to prepare the regular reports for management.

1.8 Liaise closely with production manager on the monthly production planning and ensure the schedule of delivery is met.
