Role and Responsibilities
• To perform administrative and secretarial tasks including internal/external communication, coordination and handling of company errands.
• Handle daily incoming and outgoing communications such as correspondence letter, telephone calls, email, WhatsApp and WeChat messages and reply professionally.
• Appointments and meetings preparation including presentation slides, reports, status follow-up and tracking. Accurately write and timely issue minutes of meeting on time.
• To arrange and coordinate internal/external appointments and meeting schedules. Ensure to achieve a smooth flow of workflow.
• To prepare formal letter, notices, memo, contract and other documents.
• Carries out administrative duties such as typing, printing, copying, scanning, filing, record-keeping of information, etc.
• Handling travel and accommodation arrangement such as transportation, flights, hotel reservations and others.
