JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for ensuring safety in the assigned location and across disciplines for implementation and compliance with safety practices supporting the company’s commitment to safety. Solutions-based assessment and leadership of work in progress to identify the smartest way to safely accomplish the work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Create and implement safety standards for both Shipyard workshop and Shipyard office consistently
• Establish a periodic schedule of safety training for all employee
• Provide patrol-monitoring schedule to oversee all shipyard area
• Ensuring all safety equipment/device are well prepared and function properly
• Conduct safety audit both quarterly and annually and ensuring all safety program are running
• Coordinate with production and repair department for safety campaign and ensuring every repair and new-build vessel are refers and meet to class safety standard
