Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Drilling Supervisor at Medco Cahaya Geothermal, located in Banyuwangi. The Drilling Supervisor will be responsible for supervising drilling operations to ensure safe and efficient drilling practices, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the logistics of drilling projects. The Drilling Supervisor will also be required to manage a team of drilling engineers and technicians, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in the drilling industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
