Job Description

As customer success specialist, you will be the main frontline for customer activation, retention & increasing longtime value from existing & new customers.

Job Requirements
• Extracting raw data from Stryve portal about current customer base with their statuses (Active, Pending, inactive, etc.) by governorate & sector & drawing meaningful analysis to improve customer conversion, activation & transaction volumes
• Call inactive customers and help them complete their onboarding process for Stryve prepaid cards
• Follow up with customers whose cards are ready for pick up to go to nearest AAIB branch to collect them
• Cross sell the credit limits options for customers not applying for it and help them complete the journey
• Follow up with approved customers for credit limits to start utilizing the same with their suppliers
• Cross sell the POS payment acceptance option for Stryve active customers
• Manage all inbound queries from customers on whatsapp, support email and... More Detail
