Responsibilities
• Ensure plant is running in safe, reliable and efficient manner;
• Ensure products produce meet or exceed customer’s expectations;
• Perform daily plant walk about, employing look listen and feel (LLF) methodology, to identify potential issues;
• Adjust and regulate process parameters to achieve optimum running condition;
• Analyze and react to warning alarms;
• Identify and inform abnormal operation conditions to immediate superior;
• Take appropriate actions to bring back the plant to its normal operating conditions;
• Perform routine operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
• Perform equipment start-up/shutdowns;
• Record plant operating parameters and activities; Generate operation reports;
• Coordinate with customer operations team for day-to-day production related matters;
• Monitor stock level and order replenishment matter;
• Perform plant and equipment maintenance with support from maintenance team and external contractors/suppliers;
