Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of a Palletizer to be based at the McCain Springs site, Gauteng. The successful candidate will report to the Processing Shift Manager.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for ensuring that the correct packing materials/cartons are used for correct final product and that the packed cartons are correctly packed onto the pallets at the required rate to meet the overall line production rate. To efficiently sort or remove all the foreign material from the product in other to avoid customer complaints

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Operate the date coding equipment
• Check if correct date and other relevant information is programmed
• Ensuring the correct taping of boxes to avoid carton damage
