The Main Responsibilities Are As Follows:
• To control the operational activities in the stores: (The stores include all the store areas on the premises, including gas store, flammable store, oil store, hazardous material, open steel stores, welding consumable store, diesel bouser, etc.)

Maintain The Stores:
• Stores must always be neat and organised,
• All items must be clearly marked,
• Similar products must be stored together,
• Slow moving and obsolete items must be clearly marked and store separately,
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels,
• General function of the stores, i.e., lights, shelves, etc.

Receiving:
• Review the Order, delivery note and the physical goods to ensure the correct items have been delivered or collected.
• Ensure all the requirements of the order have been adhered to i.e., material certificates, heat number transfers etc.
• Return all items not complying with the order.

Issuing:
• All items issued to production must be accounted for.
