Isolated Beach Lodge close to Sibaya (KZN North Coast) is looking for an Assistant Lodge Manager.

Requirements:
• Hospitality Diploma or tertiary qualification in Management
• Computer Literate – Opera/SEMPER/IQ, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL/Microsoft Office, Email/Outlook
• English speaking, fluent in written and spoken English
• Zulu (Speak) – certainly a great benefit
• Driver’s License valid PDP essential
• Valid First Aid Certification
• South African Citizen
• Previous work experience of at least 2 years in management roles in related lodge environments.
• Management experience in luxury lodge environment – and a diverse and intense property
• Focus on Guest experience delivery from kitchen (back of house) & bar and waitron departments (front of house)
• Accustomed to reporting systems – daily & weekly; presenting month end packs to Operations & Finance Depts
• Understanding of budget control and financial management and planning
• HR functions of the lodge
