Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.Supervise and manage a team of floor staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area.Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality customer service.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and optimal customer experience.Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department for restocking.
