• Assist Workshop Supervisor in generating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual workshop repairs and maintenance reports
• Assist Workshop Supervisor to conduct quarterly/annual Performance Appraisal

Workshop Personnel,
• Provide advice and technical assistance to team members
• Act as liaison between Top management and workshop staff on all departmental and cooperate developments
• Evaluate the impact of work delays Interruptions or changes in plans to develop appropriate course of actions,
• Monitor workflow to anticipate impact of delays due to team members being absent for leaves, holidays or sickness
• Work hand In hand with Workshop Supervisor in reviewing service orders and inspect the quality of technicians' repairs before the release of vehicle for operations
• Carry out physical inspections on all trucks admitted into the workshop before and after completion of repairs
