Job Purpose

Reinforces voluntary compliance to the company code of conduct so that a culture of self-discipline and self-control can be internalized organization-wide.
• Graduate of any four (4) business or management course
• Minimum (1) year related experience in employee relations, grievance handling and communication programs
• In-depth knowledge of legal due process administration and analysis
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and the just and authorized causes of termination
• Ongoing and updated knowledge of external labor climate
• Effective oral communication skills ( English and Tagalog)
• Effective written communication, with basic knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and E-mail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent employee networking skills
• Excellent investigation skills
