Role Description

The Chef de Partie reports to the Sous Chef and will be responsible for overseeing a section in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and that the quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards. This is a full-time on-site role located in Galle, Sri Lanka.

Qualifications
• Experience in a similar role or as a Chef de partie, demonstrating excellent culinary skills
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section
